In my hall for people with an average income, or economy class, the coaching staff is well prepared, but only two coaches give non-standard exercises. The rest stably “grow bodybuilders”, not releasing them far from the barbell and dumbbells. Stretching after strength training regularly teach only me. And four coaches from the direction of aerobics, that is, everyone does not understand how to work on “complex” strength simulators, do not know the techniques of basic power movements.
So smoothly, I lead you to the fact that we know so little about the crown of the practice of recreational training. The fact that in the past few years and especially now becomes unrealistically popular. On functional training – this in our room does not give competently anybody.

I summarize what is obvious to me: first, it came to the forefront in the market a long time ago, overtaking even cardio and group training in different directions. Secondly, it can solve a wide range of tasks. And, thirdly, this miracle is a type of activity that only a qualified fitness instructor can teach first-class, choosing the right exercises and adjusting the load.
It sounds tempting, by the way, in practice, everyone gradually uses certain functional exercises for weight loss, for example, or in training sportsmen’s monsters, elite cyclical types. And not so long ago, on a sports channel, I saw how the best skater in Russia, a medalist of the World Cup, worked with a fitness ball in such a large area, shook the press. His coach, by the way, is Italian, (here the domestic colleagues quickly made a surprised face !!!) well done with a capital letter, and our athlete was very lucky – he was invited to these trainings. A unique case, and it is possible that a single.
Let’s return to the topic. The essence and at the same time all the advantages of this direction of training: training of the core muscles ’(muscles located on the body and especially deep-seated), training of the vestibular apparatus (which plays the role of resistance in the first pairs in the exercise). That is, the hall still imposes certain limits on all-powerful exercises. Example: a functionally man exercised and went on an exciting journey on a treadmill or exercise bike.
